We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes, ensuring their spaces are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, & surface sanitation
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene &cleanliness
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively for various surfaces and flooring types
- Must be able to climb a 4 foot ladder & lift at least 20 pounds
- Communicate professionally with clients while in their home
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning tools/equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance during each shift
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Familiarity with floor care and surface maintenance is a plus
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks including using stairs effortlessly, moderate to heavy lifting & carrying, bending, squatting & being on your feet for long periods

Pay: $16.88 - $21.35 per hour
Expected hours: 21.0 – 30.0 per week
