We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Finance Manager (F&I) who wants to be part of the continued growth of our flagship Ford location. Duties

• Structure and finalize finance and lease transactions
• Present and sell F&I products
• Maintain strong lender relationships
• Maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ensure federal, state, lender, and dealership compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely contract funding
• Partner with Sales Management to ensure efficient deal flow

Experience

• 2 years of automotive F&I experience required
• Proven track record of strong F&I production
• Strong lender and deal-structuring knowledge
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and compliance
• Professional, driven, and highly accountable
