- Answering phones, scheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Collecting payments and handling insurance information.
- Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous dental/medical office experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency (experience with Dentrix is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy office.
