In this highly visible role, you'll coordinate livestock deliveries from our producer partners to our Coldwater facility, balancing supplier needs with plant capacity and operational priorities. - Own the schedule: Develop and manage daily and weekly livestock delivery schedules that support plant capacity, production targets, and business needs.
- Build trusted partnerships: Coordinate with livestock producers and internal stakeholders, balancing relationships with operational expectations.
- Solve problems proactively: Anticipate disruptions, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions that keep operations moving.
- Drive operational efficiency: Monitor delivery timing, scheduling accuracy, and plant flow to minimize delays and improve performance.
- Communicate with confidence: Keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes, potential risks, and emerging challenges.
- Continuously improve: Identify opportunities to strengthen scheduling processes, improve accuracy, and create sustainable solutions.
