- Help shape sales strategies that support sustainable revenue growth across B2B, distribution, and foodservice channels.
- Apply market intelligence, pricing insights, and cost considerations to commercial decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally to align sales priorities with broader business objectives.
- Evaluate opportunities and challenges using data, financial analysis, and sound business judgment.
- Strengthen commercial relationships and market understanding across industrial customers, distributors, and foodservice partners.
- Build a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture focused on continuous improvement.
We're looking for a leader who brings:
- Experience in B2B sales, commercial leadership, or related business management within fresh protein or a comparable food industry.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals.
- Understanding of industrial B2B sales, distribution channels, and foodservice market dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, costing, and revenue optimization.
- Business acumen and the ability to balance customer needs with commercial objectives.
- Analytical decision-making skills and a fact-based approach to solving complex challenges.
