What You’ll Do
- Prep ingredients and cook meals according to strict quality and safety standards
- Serve team members in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while following food safety protocols
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory and temperature logs
- Support junior staff and work closely with team leads and culinary management
- Experience in food prep, cooking, and service in high-volume environments
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Math proficiency and ability to follow recipes and portion standards accurately
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and team collaboration
- Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and time-sensitive execution
