Tig Welder I

The Fabricator is responsible for operating a variety of machines and tools to produce precision parts and assemblies in a manufacturing environment. This role includes fabricating, modifying, and repairing equipment, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and independent work.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate parts from blueprints and technical drawings.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair machinery within the plant as needed.
• Repair and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Install fabricated parts and components in the plant.
• Perform layout work and ensure accuracy in measurements and cuts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety practices and promote a culture of safety.
• Support team efforts to achieve KPI goals.
• Work in alignment with company core values.

Core Skills / Competencies

• Proficient in stick and TIG welding.
• Ability to set up and operate cutting, forming, and welding equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Experience with sheet metal layout, bend allowances, brake, and shear.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Experience / Requirements

• 1–2 years of TIG welding experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to fabricate and weld parts independently.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
