What You’ll Do

Train and coach team members on SOPs, expectations, and compliance

Oversee daily operations: checklists, audits, KPIs, and issue resolution

Ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and safety programs

Champion team recognition and cross-training efforts
Who You Are

Proven experience supervising in production or manufacturing

Strong in people development and process improvement

Comfortable with compliance standards and operational metrics

Effective communicator — bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Ready to lead on 2nd shift (typically ~3:00 PM start)
