Clemens Construction Company is growing, and we are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our Preconstruction team.

- Support the development of conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates
- Perform quantity take-offs and analyze drawings/specifications
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Assist in scope development and bid package preparation
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership
- Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving strategies
- 3–5 years of construction estimating experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Excel and estimating software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Established, respected construction manager in the Philadelphia market
- Self-performing carpentry division and in-house millwork capabilities
- Strong union partnerships and commitment to craftsmanship
