Role Description
The Pest Control Technician (Hourly Tech) will perform on-site pest control treatments and inspections for residential and commercial clients in Greenville, NC. Responsibilities include identifying pest problems, implementing appropriate solutions, and maintaining safe and humane practices while delivering high-quality service. The technician will also be responsible for communicating with clients about pest prevention methods and documenting service visits. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods, practices, and safety protocols
- Ability to identify various pests and implement customized treatment solutions
- Customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate service records
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in pest control is a plus
- Willingness to complete required training and obtain any necessary certifications
