Clegg's Pest Control is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee operations and lead our amazing team in Charlotte!
Description:
· Oversee day-to-day branch activities, including workflows, technician scheduling, route optimization, and resource allocation.
· Coach and develop a team of Pest and Termite technicians, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to help ensure they achieve and exceed expectations in their specific positions. Develops and supports administrative staff and assigned sales inspectors.
· Positively participate in the company's decision-making process and have the ability to implement and support the decisions in the branch.
· Prepare and manage branch profit and loss (P&L), ensuring financial targets and revenue goals are met.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on pest control solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Conduct regular inspections and quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of pest control service delivery.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance service offerings. Ensures proper use and maintenance of branch vehicles equipment.
Qualifications:
· Valid pest control certification or license in compliance with state regulations.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pest control industry, with a proven track record in branch or operations management.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
· Strong knowledge of pest control practices, regulations, and treatment methods.
Branch Manager postion offers a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses and commissions.
