Professional House Cleaner — Independent Contractor (1099)

CleerCo Central Florida Cleaning LLC is looking for experienced, reliable professional house cleaners to join our network of independent cleaning contractors throughout Central Florida.

We are looking for people who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, show up when they say they will, and treat every customer's home with care and respect.

This is an independent contractor opportunity. You choose which available jobs you want to accept. Compensation and job details are provided before you decide whether to accept an assignment.

What We're Looking For

• Professional residential cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Honest, trustworthy, and respectful of customers' homes and privacy

• Ability to follow the agreed cleaning scope and customer notes
• Ability to accept feedback and continuously improve
• Reliable transportation to customer homes throughout your accepted service area
• Smartphone with reliable cellular/data access for job information, communication, and photo uploads
• Ability to take required before-and-after photos
• Ability to promptly report delays, damage, safety concerns, or service issues
• Willingness to complete a paid test clean as part of CleerCo's approval process
• Willingness to complete required identification and/or background-check requirements before receiving customer assignments
• Ability to provide required contractor documentation, including a W-9 and payment information
• Ability to sign CleerCo's Independent Contractor Agreement

You Must Provide Your Own Professional Cleaning Equipment & Supplies

Contractors are expected to arrive prepared for the jobs they accept with clean, functional professional equipment, including:

• Reliable vacuum with attachments and strong suction
• Mop and bucket/spin-mop system
• Microfiber cleaning cloths
• Scrub brushes and detail brushes
• Grout/detail-cleaning tools
• Extendable duster/high-reach dusting equipment
• Gloves and appropriate protective equipment
• Organized cleaning-supply carrier
• General-purpose cleaner
• Kitchen degreaser
• Bathroom cleaner
• Glass and mirror cleaner
• Wood-safe cleaner/polish
• Disinfecting products
• Hard-water/mineral-deposit remover
• Other normal professional cleaning supplies required to complete accepted services

Cleaning products used in customer homes must be appropriate for residential surfaces and meet CleerCo's pet-friendly product requirements.

Once you accept a job, CleerCo expects you to:

• Arrive on time and prepared
• Complete the agreed cleaning scope professionally
• Review job details before beginning
• Communicate quickly if there is a problem
• Submit required before-and-after photos
• Respect customer property, privacy, and access information
• Immediately report damage or safety concerns
• Never make unauthorized promises with CleerCo customers
• Protect confidential customer information
• Maintain consistent quality and professionalism

How Jobs Work

CleerCo offers available cleaning opportunities with the job location, scope, and contractor payout provided before acceptance.

As an independent contractor:

• You may accept or decline individual jobs
• You are paid on a per-job basis, not an hourly employee wage
• You are responsible for your own transportation, supplies, equipment, taxes, insurance, licenses, registrations, and other applicable business obligations
• You remain free to provide services to other companies and customers, subject to your CleerCo confidentiality and customer non-solicitation agreement

Cleaning ability matters, but we place equal importance on integrity, reliability, communication, and professionalism.
