Job Summary
Cleen-N-Connect, Inc. is accepting applications from reliable, experienced cleaning professionals interested in receiving residential and commercial cleaning opportunities through the Cleen-N-Connect mobile application.
Cleen-N-Connect is a technology-based marketplace that connects approved cleaning professionals with customers seeking dependable cleaning services throughout New York City’s five boroughs, Nassau County, and Westchester County.
This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Hours and assignments are not guaranteed. Approved cleaning professionals may set their availability, select the areas they are willing to service, review available assignments, and decide which jobs they wish to accept.
Compensation
Cleaning professionals are paid per completed assignment. The full job payout will be displayed before an assignment is accepted.
The estimated earning equivalent is $25–$35 per active service hour, depending on the assignment payout, property size, service scope, location, and completion time. Actual earnings and job availability may vary.
Responsibilities
- Complete accepted residential or commercial cleaning assignments according to the approved service scope
- Arrive on time for every accepted assignment
- Follow customer instructions and Cleen-N-Connect service standards
- Maintain professional communication with customers and the operations team
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, disinfect, and remove trash as required
- Keep cleaning equipment and supplies clean, organized, and ready for use
- Submit required arrival and job-completion information through the application
- Report customer concerns, property damage, safety issues, or service problems immediately
- Protect customer privacy and maintain professional conduct inside customer properties
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Reliable smartphone with internet access
- Reliable transportation to accepted assignments
- Valid government-issued identification
- Ability to complete identity and document verification
- Willingness to complete applicable background-screening requirements
- Ability to complete profile and payout-account setup
- Strong communication, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to safely stand, bend, reach, and lift cleaning equipment and supplies
- Must only accept assignments that can be completed reliably and professionally

Approval and Onboarding
Access to available assignments will remain locked until all required onboarding steps are completed, which may include:

- Administrative review and approval
- Applicable background-screening steps
- Payout-account setup
- Required training and orientation
Completing the application and onboarding process does not guarantee a minimum number of assignments, hours, or earnings. Job availability depends on customer demand, location, qualifications, availability, service type, and marketplace needs.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
