Ticket Attendant, Cleburne Railroaders

Job Summary: Ticket Attendants will provide exceptional customer service and assist in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for fans at all games and events. They will be responsible for greeting guests, verifying tickets, directing patrons to their seats, and ensuring that stadium policies are followed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Scan and verify tickets at entrances and ensure proper seating.

• Direct patrons to their designated seats and offer assistance as needed.

• Monitor the crowd for safety concerns, ensuring compliance with stadium policies.

• Provide event information, including directions to amenities such as restrooms, concessions, and team store.

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues or escalate concerns to supervisors.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized stadium environment.

• Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work basic iPod device for scanning tickets

• Ability to work well in a team and handle crowd situations calmly.

• Ability to stand for long periods outdoors and navigate large crowds.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus.

• Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.

• Ability to stand, sit, and walk the stairs for up to 6-8 hours.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, cold and rain.
