What You’ll Do
- Plan and lead engaging campus events, activities, and traditions that enhance student life and campus culture
- Support and advise student clubs and organizations while helping students develop leadership skills
- Create programs that promote community, belonging, student engagement, and personal growth
- Coordinate service-learning and campus involvement opportunities
- Partner with campus departments to develop meaningful student experiences
- Provide training, guidance, and support to student organization leaders and advisors
- Assist with budgeting and oversight for student activities and events
- Represent Student Life at campus events, orientation programs, and recruitment activities
- Help foster an inclusive, welcoming, and student-focused campus environment
- Support evening and weekend programming throughout the academic year
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two years of experience in Student Life, Student Affairs, campus activities, residence life, or related higher education experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Affairs, or related field
- Experience planning student events and campus programming
- Experience advising student organizations or leadership programs
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to connect with and support diverse student populations
- Strong organizational and event-planning skills
- Creative, energetic, and student-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for student development and higher education
