What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Sales Associate position at Cleary’s Shoes and Boots?
Looking to earn some extra cash and get great discounts on top shoe brands?! We’re looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our sales team. Minimum of previous customer service or retail experience required. We are looking for candidates with a consistent work history.
8-15 hours per week. Saturday shift mandatory (4-6 hour shifts, depending on need). Remaining hours can be scheduled during the week according to applicant availability/need.
Must be comfortable spending extended one on one time with customers. Sales interactions typically take around 20 minutes.
Duties include, but are not limited to,
- Waiting on customers
- Measuring feet and fitting shoes (we will train you)
- Educating customers on our products
- Unpacking stock
- Some computer work
- Light cleaning around the store
There is potential for this to become a full time position.
