What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full time Certified Pedorthist position at Cleary’s Shoes and Boots?
Seeking a Certified Pedorthist to join the team! We are a well established comfort shoe store with a strong emphasis on pedorthics and shoe modifications. Our onsite lab allows for orthotics adjustments to be made on the spot.
40 hours per week/5 shifts per week. Monday and Saturday shifts are mandatory. We are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays from 9am-4pm.
Must be comfortable spending extended one on one time with customers. Sales interactions typically take around 20 minutes.
Duties include, but are not limited to,
- Waiting on customers
- Attending to scheduled customers for custom orthotic consultations.
- Measuring feet and fitting shoes
- Educating customers on our products/needs
- Pouring molds/prepping materials for custom orthotics
- Unpacking stock
- Some computer work
