This isn't a desk job, a Verizon Representative on our team is out talking to customers, building trust fast, and turning that trust into enrollments. Every Verizon Representative we hire starts with zero telecom experience. What you'll be doing as a Verizon Representative:
- Representing Verizon directly to customers, presenting plans, devices, and services
- Building rapport and trust quickly, since most of your day is direct customer conversation
- Help troubleshoot customer accounts and make sure satisfaction is met
- Working toward weekly enrollment and customer satisfaction targets as part of a team
- Answering questions, providing solutions, and following up with customers when needed

- Interpersonal and communication skills
- No Verizon, telecom, or prior sales experience necessary, full training provided

Pay: $980.00 - $1,350.00 per week
