We are hiring a Management Associate to support customer operations, team coordination, and business development initiatives. The Management Associate plays a key role in helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations while supporting customer engagement efforts and internal team activities.
At Clearway Sales Group, we believe in promoting and providing team members with the tools needed to grow professionally. Through hands-on training and mentorship, Management Associates gain exposure to customer relations, team leadership, business operations, and performance management.
Responsibilities of the Management Associate
- Support daily business operations and customer engagement initiatives
- Assist with customer account coordination, service updates, and general account support
- Help monitor and manage workflow processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
- Assist with onboarding and training initiatives for new team members
- Participate in leadership development and business management training programs
- Provide administrative and operational support to management as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Represent the company and Verizon professionally during all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
