Entry level Manager

Clearway Sales Group is expanding in the Rochester area and is actively hiring an Entry Level Manager to support our growing customer base. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in account management and team leadership. As an Entry Level Manager, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the Verizon enrollment process, managing accounts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role focuses on relationship management, customer support, and account oversight, rather than transactional interactions.

We provide hands-on training to help every Entry Level Manager develop the skills needed to confidently promote services, enroll customers, and manage accounts from start to finish.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Manager

• Work directly with Rochester customers to understand their connectivity and entertainment needs
• Promote and enroll customers into Verizon services that best fit their household
• Oversee the account setup process and ensure a smooth transition for new customers
• Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Provide clear, simple explanations of services, features, and options
• Identify ways to support and grow existing accounts based on customer needs
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain a positive customer experience

Pay: $57,500.00 - $62,400.00 per year
