Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Trainee
- Serve as a point of contact for Verizon customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience in any interaction with enrollment services
- Train new team members on customer accounts while maintaining performance
- Support and lead account updates, service changes, and general customer inquiries
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records for training purposes
- Monitor customer satisfaction and help resolve concerns efficiently
- Assist and manage team coordination, daily workflow, and performance tracking
- Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership and team development
