Clearway Sales Group is hiring a Business Management Assistant to support customer operations, team coordination, and business development initiatives on behalf of Verizon throughout the Rochester area. The Business Management Assistant plays a key role in helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations while supporting customer engagement efforts and internal team activities.
At Clearway Sales Group, we believe in promoting and providing team members with the tools needed to grow professionally. Through hands-on training and mentorship, Business Management Assistants gain exposure to customer relations, team leadership, business operations, and performance management.
Responsibilities of the Business Management Assistant
- Support daily business operations and customer engagement initiatives
- Assist with customer account coordination, service updates, and general account support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and operational activities
- Help monitor workflow processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to support organizational goals and client objectives
- Assist with onboarding and training initiatives for new team members
- Participate in leadership development and business management training programs
- Provide administrative and operational support to management as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Represent the company and Verizon professionally during all interactions
