This is a full-time, on-site position based in Horace, North Dakota, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing team that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with and communicating with a team of design specialists.
• Become embedded in learning the full scope of a design specialist, both on the residential and commercial side of the business.
• Assist with creating and drawing/designing a plan (via software) which details the layout and appearance of all installations.
• Documenting chosen selections into the necessary software.
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D mock-ups and renderings) for clients.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Preferred: Ability to read and understand blueprints and floorplans, experience and/or degree in interior design is a plus.
• Technical skills: ability and desire to learn various computer software programs and how to incorporate AI into your day-to-day role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Mosaic helpful, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and ability to collaborate as a team.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in a corporate office setting inside of a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noises, various smells, bright lights, and dust.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit for an extended period of time in front of a computer.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods when showcasing products on the sales floor and in commercial settings.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
