In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our residents, families, staff, and visitors — helping to create a warm, positive, and organized environment every day.
As our Receptionist, you’ll work closely with employees, residents, and their families to ensure outstanding customer service and smooth front-desk operations. You’ll assist with a variety of administrative tasks, manage phone calls, greet guests, and support the facility’s daily functions as directed by the Administrator.

Responsibilities
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate employee.
- Pages employees when they have a phone call.
- Transfers a caller to an employee's voice-mail (if equipped) or takes a message when the employee is unavailable.
- Greets and directs visitors to their desired destinations.
- Provides callers with information, such as facility address, directions, and location.
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Assist with other related administrative support and clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus.
- A high school diploma or GED is required, or equivalent work experience.
