Midtown Center for Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused PRN Receptionist to join our team! In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our residents, families, staff, and visitors — helping to create a warm, positive, and organized environment every day.
As our Receptionist, you’ll work closely with employees, residents, and their families to ensure outstanding customer service and smooth front-desk operations. You’ll assist with a variety of administrative tasks, manage phone calls, greet guests, and support the facility’s daily functions as directed by the Administrator.

Responsibilities
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate employee.
Pages employees when they have a phone call.
Transfers a caller to an employee's voice-mail (if equipped) or takes a message when the employee is unavailable.
Greets and directs visitors to their desired destinations.
Provides callers with information, such as facility address, directions, and location.
Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Assist with other related administrative support and clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to multitask.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus.
A high school diploma or GED is required, or equivalent work experience.
