- Administer non-injectable medications and provide treatment assistance in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state regulations.
- Supervise residents who self-administer medications while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Observe residents closely and promptly report any changes in physical condition, mental status, or behavior to licensed nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to medication administration, resident observations, incidents, and other required records.
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience working with elderly or long-term care residents preferred.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude toward caring for elderly residents.
