Responsibilities
- Participate in and assist with resident activity programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
- Support residents during dinner service around 4:30 pm and assist with evening care routines, including helping residents settle in comfortably for the night.
- CNA certification required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent related work experience).
- Comfortable working with individuals who have cognitive, physical, or sensory impairments.
