Job Summary:
Join our team as a Window & Gutter Maintenance Technician for the summer! We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional cleaning services for our residential and commercial clients from the middle of May until the end of July (August potentially depending on your availability/plans). If you take pride in delivering high-quality results, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a supportive team environment, we want to meet you. All training is provided & you will be working closely with the owner this summer. Don't worry, he's great!
Duties:
- -Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows and gutters to ensure a streak-free finish
- -Use ladders and our water fed pole system to reach high windows and safely navigate various heights
- -Inspect windows for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor
- -Adhere to safety protocols and use protective gear when necessary
- -Maintain cleanliness of work area and vehicle and ensure all equipment is properly stored
- -Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
Requirements:
- -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- -Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve high-quality results
- -Reliable transportation to our office in Corinth, NY
- -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- -Implement consistent procedural methods
- -Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs)
- -Comfortable working at heights and on ladders or scaffolding
- -Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
