Pay & Benefits
- $900 per week
- Pay continues during slow winter periods
- Rain days are still paid
- Paid sick time
- 30-day probation period
Responsibilities
- Clean residential windows safely and professionally
- Use squeegees, scrubbers, ladders, and lifts as needed
- Set up and maintain safe work areas
- Remove dirt, grime, cobwebs, and debris from windows and surrounding areas
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow company safety procedures and complete assigned work accurately
Qualifications
- Cleaning or labor experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and able to work outdoors
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
