Responsibilities
- Posting Payments
- Appeal Denied claims
- Follow up with insurances for payments
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Assisting in scheduling and confirming appointments
Skills
- Must be a team player
- Be able to multitask
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Basic knowledge in operating Excels spreadsheets, Microsoft
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Bilingual is a must Spanish/English
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
