Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas well-groomed and attractive
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, safely and efficiently
- Execute seasonal tasks such as tree trimming to maintain safety and accessibility during adverse weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols rigorously during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Assist with construction projects related to landscape, light home maintenance, and plumbing issues if they arise.
- Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance environments
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating ground care equipment and power tools
- Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture practices, and pesticide management techniques
- Knowledge of lawn care routines including mowing, and weed control
- Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while operating equipment or working in potentially hazardous outdoor conditions
