Upholsterer/ Furniture Assembler (DuPage area)!! 1st shift

FURNITURE ASSEMBLER: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm $17hr. Temp to Hireseeking a hard-working, motivated, and energetic individual to join our growing team as a Furniture Assembly Worker. The selected individual will be held responsible for the assembly of upholstered and non-upholstered furniture of multiple Product Families, packing and palletizing Finished Goods, participating in inventory control/cycle counts, performing general warehouse housekeeping duties and other departmental duties as assigned by the department lead and or direct supervisors.This position involves repetitive motions including standing, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting. Qualifications:· High School Diploma or G.E.D· Able to Understand, Read, and Write English· Able to lift 50 pounds minimum unassisted· Able to stand 8 hours per day· Safety Oriented· Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is preferred but not required    UPHOLSTERER:seeking a hard-working, motivated, and energetic individual to join our growing team as an Upholsterer. The selected individual will be responsible for the preparation of wood/plastic components for multiple seating products along with attaching fabrics using staples and adhesives.This position involves repetitive motions including standing, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting. Qualifications:· Knowledge of Upholstery, or a willingness and dedication to learn these skills· Utilize tools such as pneumatic staple gun, scissors, staple puller, pliers, tape measure, and adhesive spray guns· Able to Understand, Read, and Write English is preferred· Able to lift 40Lbs minimum unassisted (Anything over 40Lbs will be “Team Lifting”)· Able to stand 8 hours per day· Able to follow instructions, written and verbal     Company DescriptionClearStaff Inc. - an industrial staffing company - We place candidates with the right skill sets to perform their duties, and match every candidate to the right job where they can succeed
