Line Leader (Manufacturing)

***2nd shift 2pm-11pm***

Brief Description

The Production Lead supports the Production Supervisor by overseeing day-to-day operations on

the floor to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. This role serves as the go-to

person for team members, coordinates daily line activities, and ensures proper equipment setup,

product flow, and documentation. The Production Lead helps train employees, communicates

department goals, and keeps the Supervisor informed of performance or production issues.

Essential Duties

• Support the Production Supervisor by leading and organizing the work of assigned

production team members.

• Ensure the production line is running efficiently and meeting daily targets for output, quality,

and safety.

• Set up equipment and verify it is working properly before shift starts; report malfunctions

promptly.

• Monitor employee performance and coach team members on proper procedures and

expectations.

• Verify that products meet company specifications and quality standards; communicate any

issues to QA and Supervisor.

• Ensure employees are following GMPs, safety rules, and all company policies.
• Assist with training new or reassigned employees and serve as a resource for questions

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
