Pay $20/hr. after 90 days you will get a pay raise.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and inspecting components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components following detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify component dimensions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform soldering, machining, welding, and fabrication tasks as required for product assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure assembled products meet specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support warehouse functions including material handling with equipment like forklifts when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members across departments such as manufacturing, warehouse, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments with a focus on mechanical or electronic components.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, and schematic reading.
• Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, machining, welding, soldering, and use of hand tools.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical diagrams.
• Experience operating power tools and fabrication machinery safely.
• Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency.
