Our business model is built around small to medium cabling projects, with technicians frequently working solo or as part of a small crew. The ability to work independently — including operating fiber optic test equipment, configuring IP devices, and delivering complete, documented results without assistance — is essential in this role. Applicants should be able to demonstrate use of all fiber optic splicing and testing equipment. We provide our customers with complex requirements and a full understanding of fiber optic theory and technical ability is required. Just as important is the ability to represent yourself and the company professionally — our technicians work directly inside customer facilities and are expected to communicate clearly, take initiative, and conduct themselves in a confident yet humble manner.
