Position Summary:

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for the sales team. This role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and data-driven optimization to generate and accelerate pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and sales alignment.

Essential Functions:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across email, paid search, social media, webinars, events, content syndication, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Partner with sales to define target audiences, lead qualification criteria, and conversion goals.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline impact; report regularly on KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design teams to create compelling assets that support campaigns (e.g., landing pages, whitepapers, ads, emails).
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and platforms (marketing automation tools, ad networks, etc.).
  • Support lead lifecycle management and ensure accurate lead flow between marketing and sales systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Stay current on demand generation best practices, marketing technology trends, and industry benchmarks.

Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing lead generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency with Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ABM strategies and tools (6sense, Demandbase, etc.) preferred.

Physical Requirements / Work Conditions: 

  • Work environment is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office. 
  • Corporate office or remote home-office location.
  • Available for on-call requests, requiring travel after normal work hours.
  • Heavy lifting – regularly required to lift product or equipment in excess of 40 lbs.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
