What You'll Be Doing...
- Driving a company truck to residential homes to perform energy efficiency work
- Installing energy-saving measures (smart thermostats, lighting, aerators, etc.)
- Performing home energy assessments and installing and troubleshooting AC load control devices
- Bending, crouching, kneeling frequently
- Working in all weather conditions
- In-person work in multiple homes per day (not remote)
- Ability to adapt to elongated schedules when needed; typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- $30/hr starting rate
- $1,000 sign-on bonus

- Associate's degree or Diploma in HVAC program.
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience or a combination of training, education, and work experience in a related field required.
