To join our team as a Program Manager! As a Program Manager you will lead client programs from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding results. In this role, you’ll oversee all phases of program delivery, managing budgets, timelines, and performance, while driving collaboration across cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in contract negotiations, business planning, and financial oversight, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction at every step.
A major focus of this position will be managing the client’s online marketplace, partnering closely with their marketing team and our eCommerce experts to achieve weekly financial goals. Ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software).

Manage complex budgets.

2–4 years of program/project management experience.
Strong skills in reporting, budgeting, and managing various initiatives.
People management experience preferred.
Effective collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in eCommerce or retail preferred; utility experience an asset.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
