To join our team as a Field Supervisor! In this role you will lead drivers who collect appliances from customer homes while upholding our values of resourcefulness, resilience, kindness, and safety. You’ll oversee daily operations, resolve challenges, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service in a safe environment. Responsibilities include managing budgets and resources, coordinating routes and events, and serving as the local program representative. You will also develop training materials, enforce safety protocols, provide updates to management, and use market insights to guide strategic planning and continuous improvement.

• Supervise and support drivers collecting appliances, ensuring service quality and program compliance.

• Report to program staff, manage budgets, and coordinate team training.

• Oversee fleet operations and maintenance of leased box trucks.

• Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and events with staff for efficient operations.

• Represent the program on-site, fostering strong customer and contractor relationships.

• Develop training materials, lead sessions, and monitor work quality for continuous improvement.

• Enforce safety protocols, providing resources and oversight for a safe work environment.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 5 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.

• 2 years leadership experience managing teams.

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Safety-first mindset.

• Scheduling/coordination experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving background and your own reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Targeted Salary

$70,000-$75,000

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
