Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
Schedule: This is a Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week. We offer a condensed workweek designed to provide excellent work-life balance while ensuring consistent coverage for our operations.

Salary: $56,205-$58,205 per year

As our largest Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), The Commons is home to over 85 residents, offering a dynamic environment where personalized care is our highest priority.
In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for a diverse community of men and women living in both shared and private settings. Qualifications:Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, social services, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Valid IL driver's license.
Preferred:
- Case management experience.
