Position: IT Technical Support
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, 35 hours/week
Salary: $50,000/yr
Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative tools, services, and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete help desk functions by providing technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Coordinate off-site, outside agency service and installation visits
- Provide routine and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Provide training materials on system software
Education:
- High School Diploma - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
