Director of Talent Acquisition
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 8:00am-4pm (35hrs/week)
Pay: $70,000-75,000/year
Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that is dedicated to providing innovative services, tools and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome.
As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Clearbrook, you will play a crucial role in building and sustaining a talented and diverse team to advance the organization's mission. This position involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.
Essential Functions:
- Strategic Recruitment Planning (30%)
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition (50%)
- Data Analysis and Reporting (10%)
- Compliance and Best Practices (10%)
Qualifications
Director of Talent Acquisition must have:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field
- Master's degree is preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred
- At least 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-profit or mission-driven organization
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in the context of recruitment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse range of stakeholders
