What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Operations Technician position at ClearBridge Technology Group?
Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Treasury Operations Technician for a three-month contract. Working onsite daily, The Technician will support a high-impact initiative within the client’s Utility Automation Program. This program is modernizing how the client retrieves and processes utility invoices across a national portfolio.
The Technician will own the day-to-day operational work that keeps the automation pipeline running: setting up and maintaining vendor portal credentials, reconciling accounts, resolving access issues, and ensuring data accuracy across internal systems. This role will collaborate closely with Treasury, Accounts Payable, and other internal teams to support a smooth rollout and ongoing stabilization of the program.
Key responsibilities include utility account and credential management, account reconciliation, MFA support, and systems and operational issue support. The Technician will also maintain and update associated trackers.

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $18-23 per hour.

Required Skills
- 1 years of experience in data entry, account reconciliation, or financial operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of data with a strong eye for accuracy
- Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues and drive them to resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable data management tools
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Background in invoice processing, accounts payable, or utility billing environments is a major plus
