What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Manager position at ClearBridge Technology Group?
Our client, a telecom company supporting SLED (State, Local and Education) clients, needs a Contract Manager for a 6-month contract. This individual will be working remotely to support ongoing engagements with US and Canadian SLED entities by ensuring compliance, providing contract administration and reporting, price file maintenance and client relations. The focus will be assisting in all renewals, managing NDAs, non standard agreements, and specialized government requirements. Experience supporting Canadian government contracting is a plus.

- 3-6 years of experience working in contract administration w/ SLED customers
- Ability to provide pre and post contracting support
- Experience working with and supporting IDIQs, MSAs, National cooperative contracts, State Term Contracts, prime contracts, subcontracts and individual task orders
- Previous experience building and maintaining relationships with procurement personnel both internally and with the customer
- Experience providing support to ongoing RFPs
- Familiarity with Docusign
- Experience working with SAP and Costpoint
- Experience working with Canadian federal governments is a major plus
- French language capabilities
