IT Product Owner – ServiceTitan

Our client, a professional services firm, is looking to hire an IT Product Owner for a 4-month remote contract. The role could even turn into a long-term consulting position. The IT Product Owner will lead the strategy, administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the team’s ServiceTitan (CCaaS) platform supporting a nationwide home services organization.

This role will serve as the primary technology owner for systems that power customer scheduling, dispatch, messaging, contact center operations, and technician workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong technical platform knowledge with operational business partnership experience and a passion for leveraging AI and automation to improve customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceTitan platform
  • Partner with operations, customer service, dispatch, marketing, and field leadership teams to define business requirements and platform enhancements
  • Manage vendor relationships, support partners, licensing, escalations, and platform performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, scheduling efficiency, agent productivity, and reporting capabilities
  • Support AI-enabled capabilities including conversational AI, intelligent routing, agent assist, chatbots, voice automation, and workflow automation
  • Prioritize and manage platform enhancements, releases, testing, and user adoption initiatives
  • Monitor system health, reporting accuracy, security, and operational KPIs

Required Skills

  • 5 years of experience managing enterprise business applications or contact center technologies
  • Experience with ServiceTitan
  • Experience supporting contact center, dispatch, scheduling, or field service operations
  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and SaaS platforms
  • AI and automation experience to improve workflows
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills

The expected hourly rate range for this role is: $54 – $81.25 per hour

The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
