Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer, internal, product, and process audits.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Identify root causes of product defects and customer complaints.
- Review customer specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Communicate with customers regarding quality requirements and concerns.
- Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- 4–10 years of quality engineering experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
- Experience with quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.
