Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Set clear goals for performance and enforce deadlines.
- Manage all manufacturing processes including logistics, production, maintenance, engineering, and warehousing.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Plan and execute equipment and process improvement projects.
- Monitor and report on key production metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Apply LEAN manufacturing concepts to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; advanced technical or management training preferred.
- 5 years of manufacturing management experience with proven leadership in multi‑department operations.
- Strong background in logistics, production, maintenance, engineering, and warehousing.
- Hands‑on experience with continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality standards, health & safety regulations, and performance evaluation methods.
- ERP/MRP system experience with inventory management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
