Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer to support a company focused on delivering cutting-edge cyber and cloud capabilities to the U.S. Space Force. This position is on-site in El Segundo, CA. The Sr. Cloud Engineer will serve as a senior technical leader driving the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable Service cloud environments. Responsibilities for the Sr. Cloud Engineer include: * Leading full lifecycle software engineering efforts including design, documentation, development, testing, and integration
- Designing, deploying, and operating AWS cloud resources and cloud-native web applications
- Developing connectivity solutions between cloud service providers and on-prem networks
- Preparing technical design documentation, architectures, and specifications
- Collaborating with application teams to architect cloud environments, automation, and best practices
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible) and automation (Python, PHP)
- Proven DevSecOps experience and cloud systems administration
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active TS/SCI Clearanve
