Responsibilities:
- Support planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating personnel responsible for task orders and integrated product teams.
- Assist in the development of management plans and the preparation of cost and performance reports.
- Assist in coordinating project activities, including drafting work packages, managing work breakdown structures, and supporting related program functions.
- Manage logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities essential to program execution.
- Track and coordinate requirements, resources, personnel actions, funding, and scheduling across assigned programs.
- Maintain program documentation, action items, schedules, and status updates.
- Support communication between program leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Experience Required:
- 3 years of experience coordinating program-related activities, including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, or scheduling.
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community or Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) missions.
Education Required:
- Associate’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Information Systems, Program Management, Business Management, or Business Analytics.
