- Team Management:
- Leading and mentoring IT staff, including technicians, engineers, and support personnel. o Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. o Managing the hiring process and fostering a positive work environment.
- Infrastructure Management:
- Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, data centers). o Ensuring system availability, reliability, and security. o Managing hardware and software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitoring system performance and proactively addressing issues. o Managing incidents, service requests, and problem resolution. o Ensuring data backup, security, and compliance with policies.
- Budget and Vendor Management:
- Managing the IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness. o Collaborating with vendors for procurement, implementation, and support. o Negotiating contracts and managing licenses.
- Policy and Compliance:

- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or 3 to 5 years of experience
- Active TS/SCI required, active TS/SCI with Poly highly desired.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in IT operations, project management, and budget management.
- Proficiency in IT systems, networking, and security.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework (optional).

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $120,000.00 - $150000.00.
